事業展開等リスキング支援コース

◆　審議事業展開やDX推進等の人材育成に「人材開発支援助成金」が活用できます！

 

　人材開発支援助成金は、事業主が雇用する労働者に対して訓練を実施した場合に、訓練経費や訓練期間中の賃金の一部を助成する制度です。「事業展開等リスキング支援コース」では、新たな事業の立ち上げなど事業展開等に伴い必要となる知識および技術を習得させるための訓練を助成の対象にしています。

 

【支給対象】

　〔対象者〕事業主：雇用保険適用事業所の事業主

　　　　　　労働者：雇用保険被保険者

　〔訓　練〕①訓練時間数が10時間以上であること

　　　　　　②OFF-JT（企業の事業活動と区別して行われる訓練）であること

　　　　　　③職務に関連した訓練で、以下のいずれかに該当する訓練であること

 

【助成率・助成額】

　①助成率・限度額

　　・経費助成率　中小企業：75％　大企業：60％

　　・賃金助成額（１人１時間）　中小企業：９６０円　大企業：４８０円

　　・１事業所１年度あたりの助成限度額：１億円

　②受講者１人あたりの経費助成限度額

　　・１０時間以上１００時間未満　中小企業：３０万円　大企業：２０万円

　　・１００時間以上２００時間未満　中小企業：４０万円　大企業：２５万円

　　・２００時間以上　中小企業：５０万円　大企業：３０万円
